Round 3 of using A. Fagundes. Old home problems. I had a drain that was backing up, called and same day James was sent out to work on it. That night we found the problem and he helped us find the right solution to fix the issue. All while James is kind and polite, explained the options thoroughly, gave me time to think about it without pushing anything, even with it being late at night.
The solution did require tools he did not have at the moment, but he was able to come back the next day with what was needed (which once again, shout out to Sherry and everyone at A. Fagundes for being so flexible and understanding of my shitty schedule). Next day, he is back, equipment in hand, and works on the clog. An hour later, drain is cleared, working beautifully, which made the stressful situation so much better.
I stand by that I will continue using their services. I have not had a single bad experience with their techs or them. 10/5 stars.
