The unit is working great, and the service getting it ready for the upcoming summer was perfect. I had a great experience working with Fagundes Plumbing & Heating to disconnect the gas line for my pool heater. Steven and his associate were both polite, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. What stood out most was their attention to detail. In addition to completing the job we discussed, they noticed that a clamp on a separate section of the line had failed and proactively took the time to re-secure it. That extra step gave me a lot of confidence in both the safety and overall quality of their work. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use Fagundes again in the future.

First time using Fagundes for a service and I'm impressed. Instead of contacting my previous maintenance company, I wanted to give Fagundes a try since I've seen their vehicles in my condo complex. I got an AC maintenance and signed up for their comfort club. The tech explained everything and even cleaned a part of the outside-facing unit. He had pictures for everything, and their price is significantly lower with more services offered than the prior company. I will continue using Fagundes in the future.
