He was then able to jump over to my oil boiler, fully service it, and get me in good shape. I appreciate his knowledge and explaining the issues. I spent a year researching new high-efficiency hot water heating systems. I was fortunate to find Al at a home show, who took the time to explain the different units out in the market. His estimate was not the lowest, but you get what you pay for when you want a quality system installed properly. I had several companies not even return phone calls after they provided their estimate. I am very pleased with the new Weil McLain unit. The plumbers who installed the unit were very professional, neat, and courteous. I found that his team is a pleasure to work with.

The best! Great service, reasonable prices. These guys are responsive and efficient. Return visits at no charge. Installed a gas furnace in a day. Provided heaters while the furnace was being ordered. Hauled away the old furnace. Then repaired a really old gas heating stove, returning twice to fine-tune.

Myles was friendly and punctual as he arrived mid-morning on Mar. 4th and spent over an hour testing and cleaning and tuning up my 2-year-old gas furnace. Myles provided recommendations to watch for any condensation leaks due to a loose fitting on the pipes. He also said that my calcium block filter was still good after a full year. I received a full detailed report afterwards and will be getting an email notice for another tune-up next year. Also, Jimmy checked and inspected my kitchen and the downstairs and upstairs sinks. The toilets were also checked and were deemed OK, even though the sound backup was somewhat loud. Jimmy also did a thorough job in cleaning and inserting the powered snake to eliminate the clogging and residues in the downstairs sink. I was happy with both services done and looking forward to next year.

Recently, I had a pretty major crisis. We are selling our home, and in the 11th hour, our hot water began to smell like rotten eggs. Our plumber of 25 years was unavailable, so I contacted Fagundes Plumbing to see if they could come out and help me resolve it. We wound up needing a new hot water heater, which was really disappointing, but are so happy we called this company to help us. Our technician, Sonith, couldn't have been better. I was so impressed with how efficient, polite, and experienced he was. I'm still trying to figure out how he carried our old hot water tank out of a bulkhead and returned with a new one by himself! He truly was a joy to have in our home. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with a company. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, particularly Sonith.
