Excellent job installing my heat pumps
Ryan and Noah did an excellent job installing my two heat pumps. They were professional and addressed all my concerns during the two days installation. I now have a 1-ton mini split in the basement and a 3-ton heat pump for the main and second floor. The house is noticeably more comfortable after the first night's sleep. One thing to note is that these Mitsubishi are pretty finicky when it comes to adding them to the Mitsubishi Comfort app. It took a solid hour to get the mini split connected. We weren’t able to get the other heat pump to connect, so Fagundes will come back with another Wi-Fi module.

Hard worker and in fact he went out of his way to get the job done. He was clear on the process that had to be done. Since I live in Florida, he had to juggle my sister that lives in the home, my husband who knows the plumbing specifics of the home, as well as myself (we live in Florida) by phone. Fagundes also made everything go seamless, from authorizing the contract to hiring the right man for the job, great communication with everyone involved. Thank you, Jimmy and Fagundes Plumbing. Totally recommend this company.
