While he was there, I asked him to take some photos for a quote I wanted on my water heater. He explained the differences between different options I was considering and stayed until he had quotes for me and had consulted with other staff members. No waiting for days to get a quote! James did my home air-conditioner service. He did a thorough job, starting at the hot air furnace coil, inspected along the two-refrigerant input/output lines, and lastly the outside HVAC unit. Worked with the amazing team at A. Fagundes to put in a dual-fuel gas furnace with central heat pump and an on-demand tankless hot water heater. Everyone from the office, the on-site crew, down to the Comfort Specialist and post-work inspector were all amazing at making sure everything happened on time, on budget, and without any issues. Place was left spotless when they were done; you’d never know anyone was there except for the shiny new equipment. I cannot recommend this group enough to anyone looking for an HVAC/plumbing company that takes the time to train their staff to understand the complex equipment they install and can explain how it’s supposed to operate to the homeowner. Could not be any happier!

We had Miles from Fagundes Plumbing Heating AC out to fix our AC and check thermostats. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything he was doing and why in easy terms. He was neat and wore booties to protect carpets whenever inside. I would definitely request Miles in the future because he goes above and beyond. We have also used Fagundes for large installations and all the technicians were also superb. I definitely recommend Fagundes PHAC.

Ryan and Noah did an excellent job installing my two heat pumps. They were professional and addressed all my concerns during the two days installation. I now have a 1-ton mini split in the basement and a 3-ton heat pump for the main and second floor. The house is noticeably more comfortable after the first night's sleep. One thing to note is that these Mitsubishi are pretty finicky when it comes to adding them to the Mitsubishi Comfort app. It took a solid hour to get the mini split connected. We weren’t able to get the other heat pump to connect, so Fagundes will come back with another Wi-Fi module.
