We had a wonderful experience with Fagundes Plumbing. Having been a customer service manager for 30 years, I was initially impressed with the nice lady who took all our information. We were immediately given the details of when our plumber would be available. Also, after the job was completed, she explained to me in detail our invoice. Our plumber, Sonith, was very efficient and explained all the procedure needed to replace our waterless heater. He was very professional throughout the job. Needless to say, we will be using Fagundes for all our plumbing needs.
