Had Rob come in today and reconnect a new gas stove and install a new dishwasher,plus a new bathroom toilet. He had come in last week to disconnect the old gas stove and old toilet being we were having our floors replaced. At that time he was just going to replace a toilet, but we had decided over the weekend to get a new stove and dishwasher, and without any issue like before your company gladly accepted to do the job no problems. Bob came back today by himself and did a fantastic job. Definitely be using your company again in the future! Very happy again with the service and the work. Very grateful and appreciated! I found my hot water and heating gas boiler combo unit is not functioning for heating in the morning and contacted A.Fagundes P&H which I have annual service contract. They looked up their service man schedule and dispatched available technician within an hour. Upon arrival, they correctly diagnosed the problem and started working on the fix. A.Fagundes is very reliable and prompt on customer needs and technician are also very professional and gives good explanations on the issues and their work on they are performing.

He reached out to me within 15 minutes and arrived at my home by 6:30 after taking care of a no heat call for a different customer. Very impressed with how responsive he was!

Last night I called service in a panic as my radiators were cold and they were banging. Sammy was on call and called and tried to talk me thru what needed to be done. After realizing it was not working he came over and fixed the heat. He explained everything to me which I now understood what happened. He stayed to make sure the heat was running and there was no problem. I totally appreciated his service as I felt safe during the night. It was nice waking up to heat this morning.
