Position Overview
This position is responsible for driving revenue from the inside, managing the flow of incoming and follow-up leads, coordinating appointments for our outside sales team, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless sales experience.
You’ll be the link between customers, comfort advisors, and the service department — turning opportunities into signed contracts and making sure no lead slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming residential sales leads for HVAC and plumbing divisions.
- Schedule and coordinate in-home estimates for our outside sales team.
- Conduct proactive follow-up on open estimates and non-closed jobs to increase closing rates.
- Process sold contracts — including job setup, documentation, and customer confirmations.
- Register sold equipment, process warranties, and update CRM (ServiceTitan) records accurately.
- Support the service department by rehashing open or declined estimates to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain sales meeting documents, performance reports, and lead conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with comfort advisors, install managers, and customer service to streamline communication.
- Assist in maintaining lead pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty and trust.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven background in sales or inside sales — ideally in home services, HVAC, or construction industries.
- Strong communication skills — you know how to connect, persuade, and follow up professionally.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort using CRM software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset and hunger to grow.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while staying organized and consistent.
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
- Weekly performance bonuses based on weekly sales metrics and conversions
