The Opportunity

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, following up on opportunities, and closing sales without cold calling?

We're looking for an Inside Sales & Lead Coordinator to help convert existing customer opportunities into revenue while ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

This is NOT a cold-calling position.

You'll work with customers who have already interacted with our company, received recommendations from our technicians, requested estimates, or expressed interest in plumbing, heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

Our service and sales teams generate a substantial volume of opportunities each year. In the past 12 months alone, our HVAC replacement department produced more than $2 million in open estimate opportunities, creating significant earning potential for a motivated sales professional.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales

• Follow up on open plumbing service estimates

• Follow up on open HVAC service estimates

• Rehash HVAC replacement proposals

• Rehash plumbing installation estimates

• Contact customers regarding technician-generated turnover opportunities

• Follow up on deferred work recommendations

• Discuss financing options and payment solutions

• Promote maintenance agreements and membership opportunities

• Help increase estimate conversion rates and overall revenue

Lead Coordination

• Manage incoming residential sales opportunities

• Schedule appointments for Comfort Advisors and field technicians

• Coordinate estimate appointments and customer communications

• Process sold contracts and customer paperwork

• Maintain accurate records and notes within ServiceTitan

• Assist with sales reporting, lead tracking, and pipeline management

• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, Comfort Advisors, and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, inside sales, customer service, lead management, or appointment-setting experience

• Strong phone communication skills

• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Experience using CRM software

• ServiceTitan experience preferred

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, construction, automotive BDC, insurance sales, or inside sales environments strongly preferred

Compensation

• Base pay of $25-$30 per hour

• Performance bonuses
