Are you outgoing, motivated and looking for a flexible job in a retail location?
A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating is a small, family-oriented business looking for a gregarious, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to join our Sales Team! This person will be responsible for creating quality leads inside of Home Improvement or Wholesale stores for our HVAC and plumbing departments. This position has some schedule flexibility with clear results from time spent in the store and at home shows!
GOAL
The goal of the Sales Team is to engage customers, provide basic product information and schedule consultation. This individual will be an eager team player with exceptional communication skills. One would be able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of A Fagundes Plumbing and Heating home services, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can confidently approach store goers and initiate conversations that lead to the end goal of giving their information to us. This person will be comfortable at home shows as well!

Job Requirements & Desired Skills:
· Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects promptly
· Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
· Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers
· Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
· Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
· Some college required
· Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry is a bonus!
Work Schedule
This position can be full time or part time. Weekends are REQUIRED
Job Types: Full-time comes with a attractive benefit package that can discussed
Part-time
Salary: $15 an hour + $15 Commission per qualified lead generated.
