Rather than wait for larger problems to occur, we recommend signing up for one of our two service agreement options. Each plan is good for one year’s worth of maintenance.

We are capable of working with all makes, models, and types of equipment; however, we are certified Lennox® and Mitsubishi Electric dealers. We also offer the ability to make custom plans if you have multiple units.

Our Maintenance Process for Furnace-Forced Air Heating Systems

When our Lowell heating specialists arrive at your home or business, they will:

  • Inspect Thermostat
  • Test current furnace operation
  • Clean flame rod sensor
  • Check safeties and controls
  • Check and repair loose electrical
  • Check and vacuum blower wheel
  • Clean condensate trap and hoses
  • Clear condensate collector ports
  • Clean and test condensate pump
  • Check acid neutralizer
  • Check exhaust and inducer motor
  • Replace air filter
  • Replace humidifier filter
  • Inspect heat exchanger

We also offer optional accessory coverage for an additional fee. This provides you with up to a 5” disposable filters Merv8, a replacement UV lamp bulb, a replacement humidifier pad, and/or steam humidifier canisters.

Our Maintenance Process for Air Conditioning Systems

During routine maintenance, our NATE-certified Lowell air conditioning technicians will:

  • Inspect Thermostat
  • Test current A/C or HP operation
  • Condenser coil cleaning
  • Replace air filter
  • Clean evaporator condensate trap
  • Clean condensate pump and test
  • Check cooling refrigerant
  • Inspect condenser fan motor
  • Inspect condenser fan blades
  • Inspect condenser valves
  • Check compressor amps
  • Test capacitor and contactors

We also invite customers to purchase accessory coverage. For a small fee, you receive up to a 5” disposable filters Merv8.

Our Mini Split System Maintenance Process

During routine maintenance, our NATE-certified Lowell air conditioning technicians will:

  • Inspect Remotes/Thermostats
  • Test current minisplit operation
  • Condenser coil cleaning
  • Clean indoor air filter
  • Clean indoor condensate drain
  • Check cooling refrigerant
  • Inspect and repair loose electrical
  • Inspect condenser fan motor
  • Inspect condenser fan blades
  • Inspect condenser valves
  • Check compressor amps
  • Test capacitor and contactors

Our Boiler-Hot Water Heating Maintenance Process

To ensure that you’ll have clean, hot water, our Lowell Master Plumbers will:

  • Inspect Thermostat
  • Test current boiler operation
  • Visual inspect pilot assembly
  • Check safeties and controls
  • Check and repair loose electrical
  • Vacuum and brush heat exchanger
  • Inspect and vacuum burner tubes
  • Clean steam pigtail
  • Flush steam boilers
  • Check exhaust and inducer motor
  • Check and lubricate external heating parts
  • Combustion test for efficiency

For more comprehensive coverage, you can pay an additional fee and we will replace your HEPA filter as well as clean and check your water heater.
